* Step 1

After soaking over wash black gram for 3-4 time. Wash Kidney Beans too. Put both in a pressure cooker.

Add salt, water and give 7-8 whistle. Black gram is hard pulses need more whistle to cook it should be smashy. Let it cool. Open the cooker put it on low flame. Keep stirring occasionally. Let starch release.

Grind the tomatoes.

Take a big pan/ kadhai on medium flame add ghee, bay leaf, cumin seeds and asafoetida.

Along with green chilli ginger paste, saute it for a min. Add red chilli powder. Saute it

Add tomato puree with water, saute it and get ghee released. Add other masala, saute it.

Now add all boiled gram mix it all well boil for 5-7 min. Keep stirring. Add 1/2 glass of water, mix it and keep stirring.

Now when it get thicker add main ingredient butter. Mix it well add chopped coriander, kasuri methi mix it and turn off the flame.

Now add to fresh cream. Mix it well. Take out in the serving bowl spread some cream and sprinkle coriandor leaves. Served with Tandoori wheat flour roti (recipe uploaded) and masala papad. (recipe Uploaded)

* Step 1

Took all dals 2-3 tbsp each yellow lentil (Moong Dal), green lentil(Moong split Dal) PegionPeas (Tuvar Dal), Gram(chana) Dal, white lentil (Urad Dal), black split lentil (Urad Dal), Orange lentil (Masoor Dal). Wash and soak all dal for 4 hrs. Then transfer it to cooker, add Turmeric Powder, salt. Close the cooker and get 5 whistle. Off the flame let it cool down.

Open the cooker and just give one mix in dal (don't blend it). Take a Kadhai on Medium flame add ghee, cumin seeds, dry Chillies, asafoetida.

Now add chopped onions get transparent and Golden add crushed ginger garlic green chillies, saute it and add chopped tomatoes.

Cooked till Tomatoes get smashy and released the ghee. Add all masalas. Mix it all well and get ghee released

Now add water mix it. Add salt and boiled dal.

In a kneading plate add both the flours, hand crush carrom seeds, salt, turmeric powder.

Red chilli powder, oil, add water and knead stiff dough

Add boiled blended dal with water. Let it get boiled.

Now make equal parts of dough. Roll big size Roti (Thin). Cut it in square. Roll all Rotis.

Once dal start boiling add square pieces of rotis. Mix it, cover it. Cook it for 10 min. Check roti piece cooked, add lemon juice, Chopped coriandor. Mix it well.

Soaked black eyed beans. Take a cooker on Medium flame. Add oil, mustard seeds. Get crackled. Add chopped onions. Saute it till golden.

Now add ginger garlic paste, green chillies corsely crush, Tomatoes. Saute it. Add all dry masalas.

Strain all water from lobia. Now add to the masala mix. Add salt to taste. Mix it well.

Take kneading plate add flour, salt n little little water knead smooth soft dough. Pour oil knead it again. Cover it n keep a side. In a cooker add wash moongdal n get 2 whistle.

Now take a pan / kadhai on Medium flame add oil, heat it up. Add cumin seeds, coriandor seeds, fennel seeds.
