* Step 1

Take out the red part and green skin of watermelon. Grate it.

* Step 2

Put it in mixing bowl add flour and all masalas. Mix it well and shift it to airtight container. And keep it forrest for an hr. Prepare the tempering without dry red chilli.

Pour half tempering in the mixture. Mix it all well. Give rest for 15 min. (Keep vessel for preheating for 15 min. Grease the tin place the butter paper.) In batter add baking soda, give it a mix and pour it in the greased tin.

Now keep remaining tempering add dry red chilli get roasted and pour on the batter. Keep in preheated vessel for 40 min on low medium flame. To toothpick test. And have yummy baked Handva.

* Step 1

Take thick deep bottom vessel. Spread salt in the base put a ring in middle. Close the lid and keep it on low flame for 15 -20 min. Grease the cake tin, place the butter paper grease it and keep a side.

* Step 2

Take a mixing bowl add curd and Powdered sugar. Whisk it till the sugar get dissolve.

Now add oil, vanilla essence. Whisk it and combine it well.

Now take a Siever add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Seive it properly. Whisk it well. And use spatula to mix it with cut and fold method. Batter should be ribbon consistency. Pour it in the cake tin. Tape it for twice and get levelled.

Put the tin in the preheated vessel. Close the lid and bake the cake on Medium flame for 40-45 min. I'm middle after 30 min just check it and let it bake for 10-15 min more.

After 40 min cake is baked completely. Check it with tooth pick. Off the flame and let it cool down completely. Once cake get cool on rack. Take out the cake on rack.

* Step 1

Make the bread crumbs. Keep the vessel for preheating. Add salt and place the ring in it. Put on low flame. Grease the cake tin and place the butter paper, grade it too.

Take a grinding jar add bread crumbs (when I fill the bread crumbs in a cub I press it and fill the cup). Add sugar, Semolina.

Add oil, half milk. Grind it.

Add remaining milk (leave 2-3 spoon milk). Grind it again. Take the batter out in a bowl. Close the lid and keep a side for 10 min. So the Semolina absorb the milk and get puffed.

Now add remaining milk. If needed add 2-3 tbsp milk more to get the consistency. Now add vanilla essence.

Add cocoa powder. Give a nice mix. Add baking soda.

Mix it well. Pour in the cake tin. Tap it for 2-3 times

Sprinkle sliced almonds on it. Place the tin in preheated vessel. Close the lid let it bake for 20-25 mins.

Check it after 20 min. Let it cook for more 5-10 mins. Check it with a toothpick. Off the gas and take the cake tin out from the vessel. Let it cool completely. Demould it.

Take a kneading bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda.

Add salt, sugar, oil.

Add curd. Start kneading the dough add 1tsp of milk and knead required add more tsp of milk. Knead soft and sticky dough.

Add a tsp oil knead it again and close the dough and keep a side for 1-2 hrs.

After 1-2 hrs start the process of baking without oven. First put for pre heat. Take a deep thick bottom vessel, spread salt and place ring in between.

On flat kitchen surface sprinkle some dry flour and knead the dough. Part it in equal parts with a scraper. Make balls and keep a side.

Take a mixing bowl add Semolina, crushed sugar, curd. Mix it and keep a side.

Now in another pan or bowl add butter. Melt it little. Add Semolina mixture into it. Mix it and keep a side for 20 min. So the Semolina absorb it and get more fluffy.

Meanwhile pre heat the vessel for Baking. Take deep thick bottom vessel spread salt. Place ring/ rack in the middle. Keep on medium flame so it get pre heated. Take a cake tin place the butter paper grease it with ghee/ butter.

Now take a pan get heated on medium flame put almonds and roast it. Let it get cool and Chopped it in pieces

After 20 min we will see Semolina has absorb curd and butter. And became dry now add milk and make it pouring consistency.

Now add Baking Powder milk. Whisk it gradually.

Pour it in greased tin. Take chopped Roasted almonds.

Spread all almonds on the top. Put the tin in preheated vessel for Baking. Bake it for 45-50 min. Check the cake after 45 min with toothpick. If cake is done take it out from the vessel and keep a side.

Now make the syrup. Take a pan add sugar, water on medium flame. Get sugar to dissolve.

Once it starts boiling add cinnamon stick, rose essence and get it boil till u get syrup little sticky.

Pour the syrup on the hot cake with the help of spatula. Cake is so fluffy and soft it will absorb the syrup. Don't take out from the tin untill it totally cools down.
