1 . Palak Paneer

jeera

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and wash palak well. And Blanch them by adding one teaspoon of sugar. Drain them into cold water preferably ice cubes. Let it cool down.

For masala.. take a pan. Add ghee or oil. It tastes very good in ghee. Add jeera and ginger-garlic paste.

Add onions and saute till it is light pinkish colour. Add all dry masalas like Haldi, chilly powder, coriander powder. Also add kasuri methi into it. Mix well.

After 2 mins add tomatoes and mix well till ghee oozes out.

Till then blend palak in grinder by adding 2 tablespoons of milk. It will give creamy texture.

Add palak mixture into onions and tomatoes masalas and mix well.

Fry paneer on other side and add into it.

If require add little water and close the lid and keep the flame low for about 10 mins.

* Step 1

Wash and Soak Moong for 5 to 6 hours.

Drain out water and wrap it in damp cloth and cover it and keep it for at least 5 to 6 hours for sprouts.

Take a bowl add sprouts.

Cut onions tomatoes cucumber.

Add onions tomatoes cucumber green chillies coriander leaves to sprouts

Add all dry masalas and mix well.

Keep it in refrigerator. And serve cold.

Bone-in Chicken

1 cup

yoghurt

1 teaspoon

ginger paste

1 teaspoon

garlic paste

2-3 tablespoons

finely cut ginger

1/2 teaspoon

Haldi

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

matsuri methi

as required

Oil or ghee

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and wash chicken. Take one Kadai. Add oil. Into it goes onions.

Saute onions well till translucent. Add ginger and garlic paste. Also, add green chillies. Mix well.

Now add chicken and saute. After 5 - 6 mins add haldi powder' salt and Kashmiri Red Chilli powder. Mix well.

Now add yoghurt and give a good mix.

Here goes tomatoes. And cover this till chicken becomes tender. Don't add water to it. Add coriander powder and garam masala. Cover and cook till chicken is soft.

Boil eggs.

Take one Kadai. Add oil..

Now put chopped onions into it. Saute it till it is pink in colour.

Now add ginger garlic paste. Saute till garlic smell goes.

Now add all masalas like coriander powder, salt, Haldi, Red Chilli Powder. Saute for 2 mins.

Now add little water to it and cover it and let it cook for 10 mins.

Take one Kadai.Put two teaspoons oil.

Add Prawns and saute them for sometime.
