In a mixing bowl take grind oats,semolina add curd mix well.cover and keep aside for ten minutes.

Now take the batter add water whisk well.add powder spices mix it.add chopped veggies and salt mix well.add baking soda and whisk again.

Heat a pan pour some batter on it spread evenly.cook on medium flame for a minute add little oil. when cooked from one side flip it and cooked from another side. Serve with chutney.

* Step 1

Take a big bowl add grind Oats and rava, now add curd, make smooth batter keep aside for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Now add half pouch of eno and mix well.

* Step 3

Heat nonstick tava and spread batter, make uttapam.

* Step 4

Now spread vegetables and corn on the top of uttapam.

* Step 5

Cook both the sides with little oil.

* Step 6

Vegetables corn Oats uttapam are ready to serve.
