* Step 1

Wash all the ingredients separately, keep aside.

Take a mixer jar, add green chilli, ginger, garlic & raw mango pcs, add lil water, grind it to a fine paste.

Open the lid, add salt & dhania patta, again grind it to a fine paste.

Take out in a glass bowl, keep it in the fridge.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a wok or pan, add oil, heat it. Moderate the flame, add sunflower seeds, saute it for 2 minutes. Do not overcook it.

In goes tomato, stir fry it for a minute. Add salt, green chilli & garlic, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

Add grated ginger now, stir fry it for a minute. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool down.

Take a mixer jar, add chutney masala, dhania patta, zeera powder & amchur powder.

Add very lil water, grind it to a fine paste.

e). 1/4 cup

pudina patta,

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For Masala....a). Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Add hing & Rai, let it splutter.

In goes curry patta, cook it for 30 sec. Add haldi powder, mix it well.

Now add mashed aloo, mix it well. In goes salt & green chilli, mix it well.

In goes dhania patta, mix it well.stir fry it for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame, take out in a bowl, keep aside.

For Chutney....add all the given ingredients of chutney in a grinder jar, add lil ice cold water, grind it to a fine chutney, keep aside.

* Step 6

Arrange the slices on a dish, spread butter evenly. Now add chutney in the same manner.

Add cheese slices on 2 bread slices & aloo mixture on the othe 2 slices

Place onion & tomato, sprinkle lil salt, chaat masala & zeera powder.

Now keep the bell pepper & beetroot roundals, again sprinkle lil salt, chaat masala & zeera powder.

Cover these slices with cheese added slice. Keep aside. Brush some butter on the upper side of the sandwich.

Take a grill pan, heat it, moderate the flame. Place the sandwich butter side down onto the grill pan. Add some butter on the upper side too. Cook it until down side becomes crispy brown.

Take out in a dish, spread some chutney on the upper side of one sandwich, add grated cheese & sev. Cut diagonally. serve it with any sauce or chutney...

Firstly take a mixer jar, add palak, green chilli & dhania patta.

Grind it to a fine puree, keep aside.

Now take a mixing bowl, add paneer pcs, lil salt & red chilli powder, mix it well. Keep aside.

Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Fry paneer pcs until light brown. Keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add elaichi & dalchini, saute it for a sec. Do not overcook it. Add zeera also, let it splutter.

In goes ginger paste, saute it until rawness is released. Add very lil water to avoid burning.

Mix haldi powder, dhania powder & red chilli powder, add in the masala, mix it well.

Cook it covered on low flame until oil has surfaced.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add tomato puree & salt, mix it well. Lower the flame, cover it again, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add kaju paste, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame, until oil has oozed out.

Now again open the lid, add dahi now, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame until oil has oozed out.

Now add palak puree, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame until oil has surfaced.

Now add paneer pcs, mix it gently. Add 1 cup boiled water, mix it well. Give a boil. Cover it again, cook it on low flame until gravy becomes saucy. Turn off the flame.
