Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For Gravy Masala.add all the given ingredients in a pan, top up with water, cook it until tomato becomes mushy.

* Step 2

Turn off the flame, cool it, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.

Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, heat it. Add onion pcs & capsicum pcs, fry them until light brown.

Add 1 tbsp oil in the same pan, heat it. Fry paneer pcs until light brown. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Add oil & butter in the same pan or any other wok, heat it. Add ginger garlic paste, saute it until rawness is released. Add very lil water to avoid burning.

Now add gravy masala (quantity adjustable), mix it well. Cook it for a minute.

Add salt, haldi powder, dhania powder & Kashmiri red chilli powder, mix it well. Add very lil water to avoid burning.

Cook it covered on low flame until oil has oozed out. Also gravy turns a lil thick.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder & kasoori methi powder, mix it well.

In goes fresh cream, mix it well. Lower the flame, cook it covered until oil has surfaced.

Add ghee now, increase the flame, add paneer & veggies, stir it gently for a minute.

Sprinkle very lil water, cover it with the lid, dum it for 5 minutes.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta..

* Step 1

Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Season paneer pcs with salt & black pepper powder, saute it on low flame until pink.

Take a bowl, add onion, tomato, carrot, cucumber & green chilli. In goes sauteed paneer, salt, black pepper powder, oregano, basil & lemon juice, mix it well.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak kala chana in water overnight. Boil it with lil salt & 1 cup water (adjustable) in pressure cooker. Place the lid, give 8 whistles & it is done.

* Step 2

Now take a wok, add 1 tbsp oil, heat it. Add pinch of hing & zeera, let it splutter. Add chana now, stir fry it for a minute. Add lil red chilli powder & garam masala powder, stir fry it until dry. Keep aside.

* Step 3

Take a mixing bowl, add all the veggies. Now add chana. Mix it well.

* Step 4

In goes both the salt & black pepper powder, give a mix. Add lemon juice, mix it thoroughly.

* Step 5

Now add dhania patta, give a gentle stir. Salad 🥗 is ready now.

Take a mixing bowl, add onion, carrot, cucumber & tomato.

Transfer the salad into a dish. Cut eggs, arrange them in the middle. Add dhania patta.
