A lil of them ( 1 cup ) was leftover. Decided to mix them along with some seasoning to recreate a new dish of Cutlets . Hope you ll like it .. Enjoy..

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take a mixer jar, add cooked moong poha, grind it to a fine paste. Can add 1 tsp water if required. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.

* Step 2

Mash aloo sabzi, add in the moong paste, mix it well. Keep aside.

* Step 3

Lightly dry roast besan, add in the aloo moong mix.

* Step 4

Now add lil salt, dhania powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder & chaat masala, mix it well.

Add in 1 tbsp oil, mix it thoroughly till smooth.

Take small portions of the batter, roll it, give a shape of round cutlet. Make all the cutlets in same manner.

Take a pan, add med. amount of oil, heat it. Moderate the flame.

Shallow fry cutlets in batches until both sides turn brown. Take out in a bowl.

Plate it. Can be served as a part snack or as a side dish with any main course too..

* Step 1

Wash the veggies, keep aside. Take a pressure cooker, add both veggies, top up with water. Place the lid, give 4 whistles on high flame. Lower the flame, cook it for 10 minutes. Turn off the flame. Allow it to depressurise naturally. Open the lid, take out in a bowl. Strain it, allow it to cool down. Squeeze it, mash it, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add onion, stir fry it until light brown. Meanwhile add green chilli.

In goes ginger garlic paste, saute it rawness is released. Add very lil water to avoid burning.

Now add haldi powder, dhania powder & red chilli powder, mix it well. Add lil water to avoid burning. In goes salt also. Cook it until oil has surfaced. Add garam masala powder, mix it well.

Now add squeezed veggies, mix it well, stir fry it until a lil dry. Add dhania patta now, mix it well.

Lightly dry roast the besan, add in the masala, mix it well.

Stir fry it for a minute, turn off the flame, take out in a bowl, allow it to cool down.

Now mash it again, take small portions of the batter, roll it, give the shape of kebab. Make all the kebabs in the same manner.

Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Arrange the kebabs, shallow fry them until brown. Cook them flipping.

Take out in a serving dish, have it as a party snack.

Take a mixing bowl, add spinach, onion & green chilli.

Now add rice flour & besan, mix it well. Add lil water to make a smooth batter. Add 1 tbsp oil, mix it again till smooth.

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Moderate the flame, drop small portions in the hot oil. Deep fry them until brown. Take out in a bowl.

* Step 1

Firstly soak methi leaves in water with 1/2 tsp salt for 30 minutes. Wash it, strain it, roughly chop it.

Take a mixing bowl, add methi leaves & onion. Now add green chilli, haldi powder, red chilli powder & garam masala powder. In goes salt, garlic & ginger.

Now add besan & dahi. Mix it well. Add lil water if required. Make a smooth batter. Keep aside.

* Step 1

Soak paneer pcs in warm salty water, keep aside.

* Step 2

Take a mixing bowl, add besan & all the other ingredients one by one except baking powder, mix well.

* Step 3

Now add water slowly slowly, mix well, add baking powder. Whisk it nicely till smooth. Batter should be thick. Rest it for 1/2 hour.

* Step 4

Strain paneer, keep aside.

* Step 5

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.

* Step 6

Moderate the flame, dip paneer pcs one by one, coat nicely. Drop in hot oil, deep fry it until light brown.

* Step 7

Take out on an absorbent paper so that extra oil is absorbed.

* Step 8

Plate it, serve it with some dip, Chutney or Sauce..
