Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water, 1 tsp salt & 1 tbsp oil, boil it. Add strained rice, cook it until 90 % cooked. Turn off the flame, strain rice, keep it in a dish, let it cool down. Wash the veggies, keep aside.

Take a wok or pan, add oil, heat it. In goes ginger garlic, saute it for a sec.

Add onion & green chilli, saute it for 30 sec. Do not brown it.

* Step 4

In goes all the veggies, stir fry it for a minute, add salt also, mix it well.

Now add rice, stir fry it for a minute. Add soya sauce & black pepper powder, mix it well.

* Step 6

In goes Schezwan sauce, mix it well. Also add vinegar, toss it or stir it very carefully for a minute. Add some spring onion, toss it or stir it carefully for a minute.

Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl or a dish, garnish it with dhania sprig..

* Step 1

Firstly soak kaju & makhana in boiling water for 1/2 hr. Grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.

Take a deep bottom pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Add carrot, beans & capsicum, stir fry it for 2 minutes, keep aside.

Now add gobhi in the same left over oil, stir fry it until light brown, keep aside.

* Step 4

Now add 3 tbsp oil in the same pan, heat it. In goes ginger garlic, saute it for a minute. Add green chilli now, stir it.

Now add onion, stir fry it until pink.

In goes aloo, stir fry it for a minute. Add salt now.mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame until aloo is half done.

Open the lid, add carrot, beans & capsicum, mix it well. Add dhania powder, haldi powder & red chilli powder, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add gobhi, broccoli & matar, stir fry it for a minute. Sprinkle ver lil water, cover it with the lid, cook it on low flame until gobhi is almost cooked.

Open the lid, add tomato now, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame for 3 minutes.

Open the lid, add garam masala powder & kasoori methi, give a stir.

Now add fresh cream, kaju makhana paste, mix it well.

Add 1/2 cup water, stir it. Give a boil. Cover it with the lid, cook it on low flame until saucy.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania sprig.

Again wash the chopped saag, keep aside in a colander. Take out the blanched gobhi in a dish, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add dalchini & laung, saute it for 30 sec.

In goes onion & green chilli, stir fry it until light brown.

* Step 1

Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it.

Moderate the flame, add black mustard seeds, let it splutter.

Now add shallots or onion, increase the flame, stir fry it for 2 minutes. Add curry patta now, saute it for 2 minutes.

In goes ginger garlic, mix it well, cook it until rawness is released.

Add chicken pcs now, stir fry it for 2 minutes. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it for 5 minutes.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add haldi, dhania powder & red chilli powder, mix it well.

Now add tomato, green chilli & salt, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

In goes saunf powder, garam masala powder & Kashmiri red chilli powder, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

In goes dahi, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame, until oil has oozed out.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add black pepper powder, mix it well.

Give 3 whistles on high flame. Lower the flame, cook it for 7 minutes. Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally.

Open the lid after 5 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with curry patta.

* Step 1

Take a mixing bowl, add maida & corn flour, mix it well. Now add all the given ingredients of batter, mix it well. Add water slowly slowly, mix it well till smooth, pouring consistency.

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Coat paneer pcs nicely with the batter, drop in hot oil, deep fry it until brown, make all the paneer pcs in the same manner. Keep aside.

Take another wok, add oil, heat it. Turn off the flame. Add ginger garlic, saute it for a sec. In goes onion & green chilli, saute it for a minute.

Turn on the flame, add red chilli, cook it for a sec. In goes diced onion & capsicum, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.

Now add all the sauces one by one, mix it well. Add lil water, cook it for a minute. In goes salt & pepper powder, mix it well.

Mix corn flour with 1/2 cup water, make slurry, add in the masala, cook it till a lil thick.

Add fried paneer pcs, stir it nicely. In goes few onion greens & chopped dhania patta.
