Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. In goes whole garam masala, saute it for a minute.

* Step 2

Add sliced onion, stir fry it until brown.

Now add chicken pcs, stir fry it until dry.

Add ginger garlic paste, stir fry it until rawness is released.

In goes onion paste, sprinkle some water, stir fry it for a while. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until brown.

Take a mixing bowl, add dahi, both the chilli powder & dhania powder, mix it well. Add in the chicken, also add salt, mix it well.

Lower the flame, cover it again, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder & ghee, stir it for a minute.

Now add 2 cup boiled water so as to keep a thin gravy (not runny), give a boil.

Cover it again, cook it covered until desired consistency.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.

* Step 1

Firstly take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water. Now add 1 tsp salt & 1 tbsp oil, let it boil.

In goes vermicelli, cook it until 70% cooked. Strain it, put it under running water, keep aside.

Take a wok, add rest of the oil, heat it. Add Rai, let it splutter. Now add green chilli chopped, saute it for a sec.

In goes onion & slitted green chilli, stir fry it until pink. Add ginger garlic now, saute it until rawness is released.

In goes now veggies, salt & haldi powder, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.

Take a wok, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Add chicken pcs, stir fry it until light brown. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Now add rest of the oil in the same wok, heat it. Add whole Garam Masala, saute it for a minute.

Open the lid, strain dal, keep aside.
