1 . Soya Fried Rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak rice for 1/2 hour. Strain it, keep aside. Take a deep bottom pan, add rice.

* Step 2

Add good amount of water, 1 tsp salt & 1 tbsp oil.

* Step 3

Place the pan on high flame, cook it till 75 percent cooked.

* Step 4

Strain it, keep aside.

Soak the soya chunks in boiling water for 1/2 hour.

* Step 6

Strain them, transfer it in normal cold water, keep aside for 1hour.

* Step 7

Squeeze the soya chunks, fry them in 2 tbsp oil till light brown, keep aside.

Now take a big wok, add oil, heat it.

Add whole garam masala, saute it for a minute.

Add shah zeera, let it splutter.

Add onion now, stir fry it until translucent.

Add ginger garlic grated, saute it till rawness is released.

Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, mix it well. Sprinkle lil water to avoid burning.

Now add tomato 🍅 puree & salt, give a stir.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Now add garam masala powder, stir it for a sec.

Add bell peppers, mix it well.

Lower the flame, cook it until cooked completely, do not stir in between.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes.

Take out in a serving dish, have it with any Raita, Chutney, Salad or Papad.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

* Step 2

Moderate the flame, add rai, let it splutter,

* Step 3

Now add curry patta & green chilli, sauté it for a while.

* Step 4

Add spring onion, stir fry it till translucent.

* Step 5

Add ginger garlic grated, sauté it for a while.

* Step 6

Now add tomato & salt, sauté it till tomato is half done.

* Step 7

Add haldi & dhania powder, stir fry it for a while.

* Step 8

Now add oats, mix it well.

* Step 9

Add garam masala powder, stir it nicely.

* Step 10

Now add lobia, mix it well.

* Step 11

Add water accordingly so as to keep Upma a lil dry.

* Step 12

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till done.

* Step 13

Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.

* Step 14

Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

* Step 15

It can be a one pot meal also..

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil drumstick with lil haldi, salt & water for 5-7 min. Strain it, keep aside.

* Step 2

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

* Step 3

Add kalonji, Jeera, methi & saunf, let it splutter.

* Step 4

Add onion, stir fry it till light brown.

* Step 5

Now add ginger & garlic grated, sauté it for a while.

* Step 6

Now add all powdered masala, add lil water also, give a stir. Add salt also.

* Step 7

Now add aloo pcs, stir it for a minute. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till aloo is almost cooked.

* Step 8

Add tomato & drumstick, give a stir, cover it again, cook it till tomato becomes tender at low flame.

* Step 9

Open the lid, increase the flame, cook it till a lil dry.

* Step 10

Switch off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

* Step 11

Have it with Roti or Paratha.

* Step 1

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

* Step 2

Add hing & zeera, let it splutter.

* Step 3

Now add onion, stir fry it till light brown.

* Step 4

Add ginger garlic grated, sauté it for a while.

* Step 5

Add haldi powder, give a stir.

* Step 6

Now add veggies, stir fry it for a while. Add salt also.

* Step 7

Add red chilli powder & dhania powder, stir fry it for a while.

* Step 8

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till aloo becomes tender.

* Step 9

Open the lid, moderate the flame, cook it till water evaporates.

* Step 10

Increase the flame, cook it for 2-3 min. Stop the flame, cover it again for a while.

* Step 11

Open the lid, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

* Step 12

Have it with Roti or Paratha.

* Step 1

Take a mixing bowl, add chicken & all the given ingredients of marination. Mix it well. Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.

* Step 2

Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it.

* Step 3

Add onions, stir fry it until translucent. Add ginger garlic grated, sauté it for a while.

* Step 4

Add green chilli, sauté it for a while.

* Step 5

Add chicken now, stir fry it for a while.

* Step 6

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until half done.

* Step 7

Add tomatoes & salt, stir it again. Increase the flame, stir fry it for a while.

* Step 8

Mix curd & coconut milk, add in the masala. Stir fry it for a while.

* Step 9

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid,cook it till oil separates.

* Step 10

Open the lid, increase the flame, add red chilli powder, lemon juice & dhania patta, mix well.

* Step 11

Add lil water now, place the lid, give 4 whistles at high flame.

* Step 12

Switch off the flame, Allow it to depressurise.

* Step 13

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with slitted green chilli.

* Step 14

Have it with steamed rice.
