Lobia Oats Upma

A healthy breakfast..

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

* Step 2

Moderate the flame, add rai, let it splutter,

* Step 3

Now add curry patta & green chilli, sauté it for a while.

* Step 4

Add spring onion, stir fry it till translucent.

* Step 5

Add ginger garlic grated, sauté it for a while.

* Step 6

Now add tomato & salt, sauté it till tomato is half done.

* Step 7

Add haldi & dhania powder, stir fry it for a while.

* Step 8

Now add oats, mix it well.

* Step 9

Add garam masala powder, stir it nicely.

* Step 10

Now add lobia, mix it well.

* Step 11

Add water accordingly so as to keep Upma a lil dry.

* Step 12

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till done.

* Step 13

Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.

* Step 14

Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

* Step 15

It can be a one pot meal also..
