* Step 1

Make the flour batter with enough water as batter should be of running consistency. Keep aside for 20-30 minutes

Till then make sugar syrup with the above ingredients

Dip ringed apples in the batter, deep fry in hot ghee on medium flame till golden (ghee will splutter a little as apple has moisture content)

After frying remove from ghee and dip in sugar syrup for few seconds and serve with sprinkle of chopped nuts 😊

Take all the ingredients of spread in a big bowl.

Mix them well to ready the spread.

Add grated cheese over it

Grill on a nonstick skillet or in oven till the cheese melts.Serve hot with a sprinkle of chilli flakes and mixed herbs.

* Step 1

Knead a soft dough using all the ingredients of dough with water. Keep it aside for some while 😊

For stuffing, I have made one packet of Ching's schezwan Maggie with lots of veggies, added a tsp ketchup also in it.

Roll the dough into puri. Place the stuffing in the centre. Fold and seal the ends using a fork or you can give plaited look by folding from it's ends.

Fill the stuffing and fold accordingly. Deep fry in hot oil at low flame till crisp golden brown. Serve hot with dip of your choice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat butter in a pan, saute corn and peas in it. Add salt, garam masala in it. Sprinkle chopped coriander and off the flame. Transfer in a bowl, add grated cheese and mix well. This makes the stuffing.

* Step 2

To a slice of bread, spread mint chutney. To the other spread schezwan chutney. Place the stuffing generously, make a sandwich. Grill it on a greased nonstick skillet till crisp brown.Serve hot

* Step 1

Make a flowy batter from the ingredients of the batter. Take a greased skillet, keep the hollow, square bread slices on it. Pour the batter into it. Cook the bread slices from both sides with drizzle of oil if required.

To one end, spread the ketchup and chutney mix, sprinkle cheese and herbs.. Cook for another minute so that it turns crisp.... Serve hot..
