* Step 1

Wash mutton thoroughly and drain well.Add ginger,garlic paste,turmeric,salt,chilli powder marinate well and cover it 10minutes.Soak the rice 30 minutes when you are about prepare the other ingredients for the biriyani. Transfer the mutton in the pressure cooker slow flame put six whistle or until the meat is soft and tender.

Cut all the vegetables set aside.

Heat a heavy bottom pan pour the oil add the spices.

Immediately add sliced onion& pandan leaf.Fry then evenly until golden brown.

Then add ginger garlic paste fry it 5minutes and add Turmeric, chilli powder fry it well.

Add tomato,green chilli,coriander and mint leaves.Next begin to sauté on a very low flame for 3to 5minutes.

Transfer the cooked meat cover and cook 5minutes.Add curd mix it well.

The gravy come to thick consistency add water and salt.cover it cook for five minutes. You can adjust by adding salt or spicy

Next pour the rice in the gravy mix it well.cover it cook for 10 minutes high flame.After we remove the pan on the stove,heat a old tawa until very hot.place this biriyani pot over the pan.Layer the rice,mint and coriander leaves. Add ghee as well. Then close the lid.Lower the flame and cook for 10minutes.switch off the stove and allow to rest for 15mins.

Serve mutton biriyani hot with a raita.

Heat a deep pan put desi ghee add jeera,cardamom,tej patta and crackle it now add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste sauté it for a few minutes

* Step 2

Now add all chopped veggies,curd,mint, coriander leaves,put all spices and mix it together nicely

* Step 3

Now add soaked rice,water and cook for one whistle and after few minutes switch off the flame. Ur yummy delicious veg biryani ready to serve with curd, mint chutney

Heat in bannel pour oil add berinj leaf, lavang,ilachi Fri it comes nice flavour

In a mixture jar put all things besides,oil gram flour, malai and Ghee.

* Step 2

Grind it well.

Take out from the jar & mix lime juice,gram flour,malai and Ghee.Mix it well.

* Step 4

Now wrap the prepared mixture well in the skewers

* Step 5

Put oil in a pan and put the kebab in it & fry until the golden.

* Step 6

Serve it hot with onion rings & green chutney.

* Step 7

Before servings sprinkle some chat masala & garnish with mint & coriander leaves.
