jaggery.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel tinde, potato,& cut into pieces

* Step 2

Cut onions into pieces.Saute onions, ginger garlic, jeera,khuskhus & grated khopra in 1 t.sp. oil then grind it

* Step 3

In pan add oil, rai. Add tinde, ground masala, haldi, mirchi powder, salt, kitchen king masala, dhania powder

Cook till done.Add tamarind pulp, jaggery.Cook 2-3 minutes.

* Step 1

Cut tinde in long thin pieces

* Step 2

In kadai add oil add onions, khopra, khuskhus, jeera, saute 4-5 minutes take it out in a bowl and grind it.

* Step 3

In a pan add,oil, rai. Add ground masala, tinde haldi, mirchi,powder, salt. Add some water.Cook till done

* Step 4

Addd sabji masala, jaggery, tamarind pulp. Boil 2-3 minutes.Garnish with coriander and tinda masala is ready.

In pan add little oil. Add garllc, tomato, onion, khopra, khaskhas, Saute 5 minutes then grind

* Step 2

In pan add oil, rai.Add masala.Saute till oil separated. Add 1 cup water haldi, mirchi powder, salt, kitchen king masala.Boil 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander

* Step 3

Add sev while serving

* Step 1

Khopra roast on slow flame till it change colour.

* Step 2

Khaskhas roast on tawa in 1/2 t. spoon. oil.Add to khopra. Add sugar when khopra cools.

* Step 3

In plate mash ghee & add rice. Mske a paste

* Step 4

Rava, maida, oil knead dough.

* Step 5

Made 3 equal rotis.Apply paste on each roti.

* Step 6

Keep one by one.Keep one by one.Roll it all tightly together.Cut it into pieces.Roll one piece. Stuff mixture. Give karanji shape. Fry on slow flame.
