# morning breakfast. Kids all time favourite. healthy ata noodles mixed with healthy vegetables and nutrients pack quick and easy.. to make and yummy to taste.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

1/2 cup

carrot

1/2 cup

To taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the vegetables.and drain the water.in another pan heat 1tsp of oil fry all the chopped vegetables,like b carrot, bean,peas,chopped onion,cabbage,add a very little amount of salt and fry for 5 minutes or till it's become soft. Add 1cup of water let it be boil.

* Step 2

Next add noodles directly and add half cup of water. Mix noodles masala and let it boil for a min till it's well cooked. Pour tomato sauce and mixed it for a while. Switch off the flame. And serve it in the plate.

* Step 3

Garnish it with cucumber, carrot and onion,slices.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chopped all the vegetables given. wash and drain the water and cook in pressure cooker for 10 min with little amount of water.

* Step 2

Keep the cooked vegetables aside.meantime heat the oil and fry the zeera till it crackle.now add the chopped onion and fry.add turmeric powder,green chilli,and ginger garlic paste, fry till it's raw smells goes away.and then afd tomatoes and cook for 5 min,till it's become soft and fluffy. Meanwhile add capsicum chopped,and add red chilli powder, 3tsp pau bhaji masala. And cook for nxt 5 min.after wards add the cooked vegetables and salt as per taste. Stir for sometime. If it become light thick.

* Step 3

Then add little amount of water as per bhaji required.cook for sometime. If it's well cooked then switch off the flame and taste. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

* Step 4

For pau,heat the butter in the tawa and roast the pau upside down so that all the butter will well coated in pau.

* Step 5

Squeeze the lemon.and mix chopped onion in bhaji.

Veggie Unniappam / Paniyaram are spiced dumplings that’s crisp on the out and soft from within. This is a very easy to make snack recipe or it can be served as breakfast. It’s transformation of the LEFTOVER Idli / Dosa batter into new shape, with loads of vegetables. The vegetables can be tempered before adding to the batter, but I prefer not to lose the nutrients by tempering it. So I just chop the vegetables and directly add to the batter. These Unniappams are made in special pan made of cast iron or non-stick coated pan which has small molds. The sour fermented batter is seasoned with spices and onions and then fried in the paniyaram pan. You get fried balls which are crispy on the outside and spongy on the inside. It's gluten free and suitable for Vegan’s. Naturally fermented, so no Soda used.

* Step 1

In the batter add in all the vegetables that are finely chopped and give a good mix.

* Step 2

I have taken Iron cast pan with a nonstick coating. Take few drops of oil and with the help of a brush apply inside each molds. This way you can avoid oil why cooking the Appams.

* Step 3

Heat the pan and spoon in the batter upto 3/4th of the mold. Cover the pan and let it cook on low-medium flame for a minute. The top of the appam will bulge out, check if it is cooked. With a help of a fork turn the appams to the opposite direction i.e. the bulge side will turn to the base. Allow it to cook for few more seconds.

This should be served hot and fresh, else it will lose the crispness. It’s best served with onion -tomato chutney.

Ingredient

Rice flour

1/2 tsp

* Step 1

Tawa roast the peanuts, red chillies and garlic saperately

* Step 2

Grind the red chillies

* Step 3

In the same mixer add the peanuts and grind it. Keep the mixture coarse. Our dry peanut podi is ready

* Step 4

Add the garlic and again grind

* Step 5

Take the besan and add rice flour, red chillies powder, dhania powder, aamchur powder, ajwain, salt,

* Step 6

Add water and make a semi thick paste

* Step 7

Add the corn and mix well

* Step 8

Heat oil on medium flame and drop the corn Fritters with hands

* Step 9

Fry till. Crispy and golden brown

* Step 10

Serve hot sprinkled with the peanut podi we made

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Season your chicken breast fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

* Step 2

In a plate place your bread crumbs, on a separate plate place the flour and, on another plate, place the beaten eggs. Dip both sides of the chicken breast fillets on to the flour, then on to the beaten egg then on to the bread crumbs.

* Step 3

Heat enough oil for shallow frying in a pan, once it reached 180C carefully lower the chicken katsu and cook in medium low heat until golden and crispy. This will take around 6-8 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the breast fillets. Remove from pan then set it aside to cool and crisp down.

* Step 4

In a pot heat oil in medium heat then sauté onions until its soft. Add the carrots and potatoes then continue to sauté for 2 minutes.

* Step 5

Pour water into the pot, bring it to a boil, Simmer for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add curry powder, flour, and mix well, then turn heat to low, let it simmer for 10 minutes until curry sauce is thick. Turn heat off.

* Step 6

Cut chicken breast into sections, place in the side of plate and topped with curry sauce. Serve while hot.
