Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Tawa roast the peanuts, red chillies and garlic saperately
* Step 3
In the same mixer add the peanuts and grind it. Keep the mixture coarse. Our dry peanut podi is ready
* Step 4
Add the garlic and again grind
* Step 5
Take the besan and add rice flour, red chillies powder, dhania powder, aamchur powder, ajwain, salt,
* Step 6
Add water and make a semi thick paste
* Step 7
Add the corn and mix well
* Step 8
Heat oil on medium flame and drop the corn Fritters with hands
* Step 9
Fry till. Crispy and golden brown
* Step 10
Serve hot sprinkled with the peanut podi we made
