Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a sauce pan and saute the onions.

* Step 2

Blend the vegetables to a thick paste. pour into the sauce pan.

* Step 3

Add in the rest of the spices and give a good stir

* Step 4

Add in milk and let simmer

* Step 5

Dip in the fish pieces and cover. Let simmer for at least 20 minutes, or until the liquid reduces by half

* Step 6

Enjoy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat your sauce pan on a medium heat and then add the vegetable oil followed by the onions and cook them until they just turn translucent.

* Step 2

Add the ginger garlic paste and cook for about a minute.

* Step 3

Add pureed tomatoes and royco cube, stir, cover and reduce heat to a low simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the mixture reduces and thickens.

* Step 4

Add carrots and potatoes. cover then simmer for 5 minutes before adding the maize and beans.

* Step 5

Add salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.

* Step 6

Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes for the sauce to thicken and all the flavors to come together.

* Step 7

Finally, add the dhania and hoho and simmer for just a minute. Turn off the heat and serve.

i didn't use pilau masala on this one but it came out right... i enjoyed it.

Ingredient

1/2 tbsp

cinnamon

garam masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil your beef till tender. save the liquid.

* Step 2

Fry onions + garlic till golden brown.......add in your all your spices+ salt.

* Step 3

Add in the beef and cook till it getss a nice brown coating

* Step 4

Add in your rice stir well to mix.

* Step 5

Add in the beef stock plus water to the rice until it covers the rice by an inch and cook on medium heat....till all liquid is absorbed

* Step 6

Serve and enjoy

* Step 1

Lightly sweat the vegetables (onions, chili, carrots, pepper. the ginger-garlic-turmeric paste), put in a bowl and let them cool

* Step 2

Divide the noodles into two, one lightly mash using a pestle and mortar, and the other cook as per the packet instructions and let drain then cool

In the bowl with the vegetables add in cooked noodles and add in the packet spices (chili and sauce), salt, royco cube. mix.

Add in the mashed potato and mix

Scoop the mixture using a spoon and make small balls

Flatten the balls out with your hand to form a disk-like shapes until the mixture is finished

Roll them gently in the crushed noodles and let rest for 15 minutes in the chiller.

Heat a pan and spray a little oil. Arrange the flattened balls, do not overcrowd your pan. Keep flipping and let cook till golden brown on both sides
