Ingredient

1 1/2 cup

basmati rice

3 tbsp

ghee

2 1/2 cups

chicken stock

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt ghee in a sufuria and add the onions and the ginger garlic paste. let cook till onions are tender. Add in the turmeric, pilau masala, salt and pepper

* Step 2

Add in the rice and give a good mix, until well coated

* Step 3

Add in the stock and stir.

* Step 4

Let simmer till all liquid is absorbed

* Step 5

Serve with your favorite stew and don't forget to enjoy!

Heat oil in a large sauce pan and saute the onions

Add in the ginger garlic paste and the crushed turmeric. Mix. Add in the perboiled pork

Add in the pilau masala and stir

Add some tomato paste and mix. Season with salt and pepper.

Add in the rice and stir thoroughly

Add the water and let simmer under medium low heat till all water is absorbed.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a large sauce pan and add in your chopped onions. Let cook till translucent

Add in the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute

Add in the chopped sausages and toss. Add in the pilau masala and mix it up

Add in the tomato paste and mix. Ensure the sausages are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper

Add in the water and let simmer until all the water is absorbed

Fluff it up and remove from heat. Let sit for around 10 minutes when covered before serving

Boil your beef with a little spices till tender. save the stock for later use

Saute your onions and add in the ginger garlic mixture. Add the pilau masala and let cook till the onions are brown

Add in the beef and the tomato paste, cover and let cook for 5 minutes. Season.

Add in water and a the beef stock, ensure it adds up to six cups of liquid, and let cook till the rice is dry under medium heat. Serve with your sliced tomatoes.
