1 1/2 litre

Milk

1 cup

Lemon juice

1/2 cup

Palm jaggery

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil half liter milk in the heavy bottom vessel, when it boiled turn off the flame

* Step 2

Add lemon juice and cover the milk, after few mins milk is fully curdled.

* Step 3

Strain the milk in a muslin cloth and wash in a fresh water for 2 - 3 mins.

* Step 4

Hung the paneer in a muslin cloth for half an hour, now we get soft paneer.

* Step 5

We mash the paneer very well and make a soft and smooth dough.

* Step 6

Divide the dough in ten balls, roll each balls between your palms

* Step 7

All the balls are made in the same way, now we take pressure cooker.

* Step 8

Add sugar and two and three pl cup of water and also add paneer balls and steam it.

* Step 9

When cooker release the whistle simmer the gas for ten mins.

* Step 10

Once cooled,open the cooker lid. The rasgulla should be floating on the syrup and it's size should be double.

* Step 11

Boil one ltr milk in a heavy bottom vessel. Once boiled keep in a low flame.

* Step 12

Stir in between thickening the milk. Cook well till it gets thick.

* Step 13

Add 1/2 cup of palm jaggery and mix well. Drop the paneer balls/rasgulla into the thick milk.

* Step 14

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

* Step 15

Keep in the freeze for two hours. Garnish with silver vark and Serve chilled.

* Step 1

Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the sewai,almonds, and cashew nuts one by one and keep aside.

Take a bowl add water and half cup of sugar to make a syrup.

Add roasted sewai in the sugar syrup and cook until they soft.

Add cardamom powder and mix well

Garnish with,almonds,cashew nuts and silver varak

* Step 1

Wash and soak chana dal for 4-5 hours '

'Grind the dal in a mixture without water.

Heat clarified butter in a pan and add grounded dal.

Stir it continuously for 8-10 minutes till it turns golden brown and gives out the fragrance.

Heat sugar and water in a pan.

Keep it medium flame for 8-10 mins.

When it's get stick it means syrup is ready.

Add roasted chana dal, cardamom powder in it and mix well.

Add raisins, chopped almonds and cashew nuts. and mix well

Grease the plate and pour the thick consistency of chana dal and spread in the plate.

Garnish with silver varak

Set one hour in the freeze.

Cut into diamond shape and serve it.

Wash and remove the skin of the parwal

Scoop out well.

Take a pan add sugar and water till sugar dissolves.

Bring into one string consistency.

Add pointed gourd and boil it on sim flame till it colour change.

Take one parwal and fill the stuffing inside it.

Apply this process in all parwal

* Step 13

Garnish with silver varak

Wash and grate amla/gooseberry.

Add salt,black salt,black pepper powder,sugar,carom seeds,asafoetida/hing,saffron food colour and lemon juice and mix well.

* Step 3

Dry in the sunlight for 8 - 10 days in thin layer or you can microwave it for 10 mins.

Every one mins take out and mix well and microwave it

* Step 5

Coat with silver varak

* Step 6

Amla mukhwas is ready to eat
