Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For kofta: grind all the ingredients with mince except egg.

Usko bowl me nikaal lein or egg add karein. Uske koftay bana lein. Oil ko garam kar ke usme koftay fry krlen.

For curry: oil ko pan me garam karein.Paste or onion fry krenn Whole garam masala add karein or fry krem. Saaray spices add karein. Add yoghurt and fry for 5 minutes. Also add crushed onions Add water and cook for 2 minutes Now place the koftay into it. Cover the pan and cook for 25 minutes on low flame

Raw papaya

Lemon juice

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop mince in the food processor thrice.; put all the above ingredients Raw papaya 5 tbsp, White, cumin roasted and crushed 4 tbsp, Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp heaped, Salt 2 tsp, Crushed red, pepper 4 tsp, All spice 1 ½ tsp, Brown onion crushed ½ cup, Yogurt ½ cup, Lemon juice 3 tbsp and mix well.

* Step 2

Marinate for 4 hours, just before cooking, mix ghee in the mince, give smoke of coal. Cook on low flame till water dries, serve with julienne  ginger, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon wedges.
