I made the Recipe up . Celery with Carrots in savoury Dishes is a very popular combination on TV Cookery Shows in recent years . Am aware some people have a allergy to Celery , but the Celery is cooked and blitzed - cannot see the Celery within the soup , but still might be possible to get a allergic reaction

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the Olive Oil in your Casserole Cooking Dish or deep Cauldron Saucepan and then slice the raw onions with the Tefal slicer Attachment attached to your Tefal, add the sliced onions to the Olive Oil in your Cooking Pot and then trim and cold water wash the Celery sticks and then slice them with the use of your Tefal, add to the onions and then slice the raw carrots with the use of your Tefal etc. and then add them. Add peeled Garlic cloves

* Step 2

Add homemade chicken stock to your Cooking Pot and then gently simmer on the lowest hob heat for about One hour

* Step 3

Place peeled raw potatoes through your Electric Mains Tefal machine and place the thin sliced raw potatoes into the Cooking Pot and then gently simmer for a further One hour and then allow too get cold and then blitz in a Nutri Ninja Blender etc. and then gently place each blending into a large metal Mixing Bowl and then protect the soup with 2 strip's of Clingfilm over the top and then later ladle some of it into a Saucepan etc and then gently heat through on the hob stove

Have never cooked Beef Rump Steak before , until now . Is a very simple Pasta Dinner apart from cooking the Beef Rump Steak

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil cold tap water in a medium sized saucepan. Add 4 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil too a large non-stick Frying Pan and make the Cooking Oil very hot on the hob stove. Rinse the One Beef Rump Steak under the cold water tap (faucet), maybe dry with some Kitchen Roll and then shallow fry on the highest hob heat for One minute each side and then 10 minutes each side on the lowest hob heat. Rest on a Plate for 10 minutes

* Step 2

Fry roughly chopped onions in the Vegetable Oil Beef juices for about 10 minutes. Peel the garlic cloves from a whole small Bulb of Garlic and then finely chop on a clean dry chopping board and with a small sharp Kitchen knife chop the cooked Beef Rump Steak into small squares and then add the garlic and beef chunks to the large frying pan and then fry on the highest hob heat for 2 minutes

* Step 3

Add the 2 tin's of Tomatoes along with it's tin Tomato Juice and then fill both empty Tomato Tin's with Cold tap water and then initially only add One tin of the Cold water and then boil the homemade Tomato sauce on the highest hob heat for 20 minutes - eventually within that 20 minutes add the other 400g tin of Cold tap water

* Step 4

Cook the Dried Pasta in boiling hot water on the hob stove for 20 minutes or 10 minutes for a more crunchier cooked Pasta and then drain the cooked Pasta in the Kitchen Sink through a Rice Sieve etc. and then add the cooked Pasta too your tomato sauce. Turn the hob stove off and then add the drained cooked Pasta too the Tomato sauce within the large frying pan

Very hot - not extremely hot . I used Scotch Bonnet Chillies just a few and I deseeded them . Did make a Curry Sauce with them and cooked the Curry Sauce in the oven for about 8 hours . The cook time is based on the homemade Curry Sauce already being made

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 3. Place the chunks of raw Beef in your large Cooking Casserole Dish with Lid (no need too cold water wash the Beef chunks) and then cover with cold tap (faucet) water and then slow cook with the heavy lid on - at Gas Mark 3 for 2 hours and 30 minutes and then remove most of the hot water Beef stock

* Step 2

Add the cold cooked Curry Sauce's and then add quartered raw peeled onions and then continue too cook in the oven at Gas Mark 3 with the lid on for a further 1 hour

A Jamie Oliver Recipe , a UK Chef . Gained the Recipe through watching One of his TV Cookery Shows . I think I saw that Jamie Oliver did not fry off onions and garlic . The tin's of Plum Tomatoes went straight into a Saucepan

Ingredient

2 tbsp.

Olive Oil

6 cloves

Garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Will require 2 Saucepans and One large non-stick Frying Pan. Place 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil in the Frying Pan and then gently fry off the chopped onions for 10 minutes and then convert into a clean - dry - empty Saucepan and then fry off the finely chopped garlic cloves for 1 (One) minute stirring with a Wooden Spoon etc. and then add that and then the 2 tin's of Plum Tomatoes - add a bit of cold water. Gently simmer for 30 minutes

* Step 2

Boil up cold tap water in a separate Saucepan and then boil cook the Dried Pasta for 20 minutes

* Step 3

Water wash the outer surfaces of the raw Aubergine. Trim the end off of the Aubergine and then cut down the middle with a sharp Kitchen knife and then score each halve's with the Knife in a diamond pattern inside each One and then use a Pastry brush too brush Olive Oil over the raw Vegetable flesh and then gently fry in that Frying Pan - flat sides down and cook for between 20 - 30 minutes and then scoop with a metal spoon the cooked Aubergine into the Pasta sauce and then add the Ricotta

* Step 4

Drain the cooked Pasta usually done in the Kitchen sink within a Colander and then add the cooked Pasta too the Tomato Pasta Sauce and then ladle onto a Dinner Plate or 2 Dinner Plates etc. and then grate Parmesan Cheese over the top and add some sprigs of fresh, or not so fresh Basil leaves over the top

Scotch Bonnet Tomato mild Chilli Carrot Curry

Scotch Bonnet Chillies are among the hottest Chillies in the World , is important too wrap some Clingfilm around your hands etc. too prevent the heat of the Chillies getting on the flesh of your skin

Ingredient

Olive Oil

White Sugar

2 tsp.

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5. Place the Casserole Cooking Dish on the hob stove and place the Olive Oil inside and shallow fry the onion halve's on the lowest hob heat for about 10 minutes

* Step 2

Add the Mild Chilli Powder and then the White Sugar, then the salt and Black Peppercorns (don't have too be grinded) and then the deseeded and cold water washed Scotch Bonnet Chillies. Deseed the Mild big Red Chillies and cold water wash them and then add them. Peel with a teaspoon the raw Ginger piece's and then cold water wash them, then add them whole to the Casserole Cooking Dish

* Step 3

Trim the raw Carrots, no need too peel them, just give them a good scrub with your hands in a large mixing bowl of cold tap water - add the raw Carrots and then top up with cold tap water too near the top of the Casserole Cooking Dish and then place the Casserole Dish Lid over the top and then place in the oven for 7 hours

* Step 4

Add the 2 tin's of Tomatoes and then cook in the oven for a further One hour. Allow too cool and get cold and then eventually blitz and bring altogether into a large metal Mixing Bowl and then distribute into small Plastic Containers with their Lids and then place in the Freezer until ready too use One of them in a day
