It’s my mom’s recipe. It’s very delicious and very healthy for all of us because it’s made with pulses and vegetables, so it’s is rich in protein vitamins and minerals and guys u don’t believe it that it is super easy to make. Must try this awesome recipe.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash the dal and all the vegetables nicely and strain the water.

* Step 2

Now in a pressure cooker add dal, vegetables, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder green chilli and cumin seeds mix it well and add 3 & 1/2 cup of water.

* Step 3

Cover the lid and cook for 1 whistle on high flame and 15 minutes on medium flame.

* Step 4

After 15 minutes open the lid and stir it well.

* Step 5

Now for tadka heat up a pan with oil add panchporan sauté for few seconds and switch off the flame and transfer it into the dalma.

* Step 6

Mix it and our delicious healthy dalma is ready.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut all the vegetables and wash it well.

* Step 2

Now heat up a pan with oil add panchporan sauté it then add sliced onion fry for a minute then add all the washed vegetables and drained soybeans and fry for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add ginger garlic paste turmeric powder salt coriander powder cumin powder black pepper powder and green chilli paste mix it add little bit of water and cook for a minute on high flame.

* Step 4

Now add tomato mix it, cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame. (stir it 1-2 times).

* Step 5

After 15 minutes open the lid and stir it and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes then add water to adjust the consistency and sbzi masala powder and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.

* Step 6

After that add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

Our delicious soyabean sbzi is ready. Serve with paratha or puri.

Samosas are the popular snack in the local cuisine of the Indian subcontinent, Western Asia Southeast Asia and many other regions. These crispy samosas with spiced potato filling are perfect for tea time snacks.

Ingredient

dough-

carom seeds

4 tbsp

oil/ ghee

1 tbsp

cumin powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First heat a pan with oil add panchporan sauté it then add green chilli sauté it.

* Step 2

Now add ginger garlic paste and all the listed spices, salt and Little bit of water mix it and fry for a minute.

* Step 3

After that add the potatoes mix it well and at last add lemon juice and coriander leaves mix it and switch off the flame after 1 minute.

* Step 4

Remove to a plate and let it cool down completely.

* Step 5

Now take all purpose flour to a mixing bowl add carom seeds salt and ghee mix it well for 2-3 medium if the mixture binds in your hand it means it’s done or it’s ready for kneading.

* Step 6

Now add water gradually and knead it to make proper dough.

* Step 7

Now take a small portion of the dough and make round ball it, roll it round then cut it from the middle and take one part of it and put some stuffing on it and fold it to make like samosa.

* Step 8

Do the same with all.

Now drop the samosa in preheated oil and fry it in medium heat till golden and crispy then remove it to a kitchen towel.

Our yummy and crispy samosa is ready. Serve with tomato sauce.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For making pakora first take chickpea flour in a bowl add all the listed ingredients of pakora and mix it well with the help of little water if required.

* Step 2

Heat up a pan with oil drop the pakora and fry till golden in colour, remove it to a kitchen towel and keep aside.

Now for making curry heat up a pan with oil add panchporan sauté it then add onion fry till colour changes.

* Step 4

Now add ginger garlic paste and all the listed masalas and mix it well and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat.

* Step 5

Now add chopped tomato and fry it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame till it’s done. Then add chickpea flour and add water and mix it well and cook on high flame for 2 minutes till it’ thicken.

* Step 6

Now add fried pakoras, mix it, cover the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame and turn off the flame.

* Step 1

For bhaji heat up a pan with oil add panchporan and sauté it then add sliced onion fry till colour changes.

* Step 2

Now add all the sliced vegetables And press the soyabean with the help of palm to remove any excess water and add it and fry it for 4-6 minutes on high flame then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder green chilli paste, salt and all the listed masalas and mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add chopped tomato and water, cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.

* Step 4

After 15 minutes open the lid, stir it and fry for 5-7 on high flame then add chopped coriander leaves and Sabzi masala and switch off the flame. Our delicious bheji is ready.

* Step 5

Now for puri dough take all purpose flour in a mixing bowl add salt oil and asafoetida give it a good mix and gradually add water and knead it to make soft dough.

* Step 6

Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.

* Step 7

Now make small round balls of the dough. Take one ball, flatten it and roll it to make puri and fry in preheated oil from both sides till it’s done.

* Step 8

Now our delicious puri bhaji is ready.
