Ingredient

200 gm

maida

1 Tsp

salt

1 Tsp

oil

1/4 cup

gratedpaneer

2 Tsp

cornflour

1 pinch

black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put maida,salt,oil,mix it.add water knead it soft.

* Step 2

Keep it a side for 10 miniutes.

* Step 3

Now take a Heat pan add 1 Tsp oil,let it hot.add garlic saute it.

* Step 4

Add all chopped veggies stir it.

* Step 5

Add all spices,sauce.mix it.

* Step 6

Add paneer, veniger, cornflour.mix it well.add salt.keep it a side.

* Step 7

Now take dough,roll it.

* Step 8

Make small balls from this.roll it medium with the help of rolling pin,like a puri.

* Step 9

Fill prepared mixture in this puri.mold it like a momo.we can make different shape from this dough.

* Step 10

Fill all Puris like this.

* Step 11

Now steam it in a Momo's steamer for 10 to 15 miniutes.

Then after steaming remove it from the flame.keep it a side.

Take a pan add 1 Tsp oil, let it hot.

Add garlic,saute it,add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli powder, Capsicum, veniger,let it boil 1 miniute.

* Step 1

Take a Heat pan,add Butter,let it hot.

* Step 2

Add chopped mushroom,Fry it 2 miniutes in high flame.

* Step 3

Add cabbage,black pepper,stir it.

* Step 4

Add paneer,salt,chilli flakes, origeno.mix it.

* Step 5

Remove it from the flame after 1 miniute.

* Step 6

When it gets cool,add curd mix it.

* Step 7

Take pieces of bread.spread butter out side.

* Step 8

Spread mayonnaise inside the bread.

* Step 9

Spread the prepared mixture in it.

* Step 10

Cover it another peice.spread Butter both sides.

* Step 11

Take a grill sandwhich maker,grease it with Butter.

* Step 12

Put stuffed sandwich in it.bake it for 2 miniutes golden.

Serve it hot - hot any type of sauce.

* Step 1

In a bowl put soaked sago.sago should be soaked at whole night.

* Step 2

Mash it after draining water.

* Step 3

Now add mashed potatoes, paneer, crushed peanuts, waterchestnut flour,cumin seeds, chopped chilli, coriander,salt mix it.

* Step 4

Add all things expect Ghee & dryfruits.mix some salt, lime & black pepper in the dryfruits.

Mix all things very well.make like a dough.

Now make medium balls From this dough.

Make a well in this ball add dryfruits in it.mold like a ball again.

* Step 1

In a bowl put all things together execpt butter & chat masala.

* Step 2

Mix all things all things very well.

Use gram flour 2 Tsp,& dryfruits 2 Tsp.means half we will use in mixture & half for out side dusting.

Make balls From this mixture.

Now dust it with gram flour & dryfruits.

Take a pan Heat it.sprinkle some Butter in it.

Put bade in it,Roast it in the slow flame golden.

In a mixture jar put all boiled and cut Green veggies.

Grind it and take it out in a bowl.

Take a pan put oil and let it get hot add Bay leaf.

Add cumin, when crackles add Garlic, saute it.

Add onion Brown it now add ginger paste stir it.
