Ramadan Special - Chicken Flower Dumplings
If you are looking for some visually appealing appetizers, then go for these CHICKEN FLOWER DUMPLINGS. They are not only very easy and simple to make but are equally healthy too, as they are steamed to perfection.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, mix together mince, salt, onion, coriander leaves, chili flakes and ginger-garlic paste.
* Step 2
Grease your palm and make small round balls out of the mix. Coat with the soaked rice.......
* Step 3
Steam for 15-17 minutes or till the rice is fully cooked.
* Step 4
Let it cool down for some time before you serve.
* Step 5
Serve them with tomato ketchup / momo sauce.
