Got this off of pinterest. It was part of the recipe, but I just made the bread & not the sandwich cake. S delicious!

Ingredient

Food ration :

8 servings

Cooking time :

35 mins
1 envelope

yeast (3/4 oz)

2 cups

warm water

2 tsp

salt

1 1/4 cups

whole wheat flour

4 1/5-5 cups

all purpose flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add salt, syrup, oil, & whole wheat flour. Mix well. Then add white flour 1 cup at a time until it can be kneaded.

* Step 2

Knead on floured surface. Put back in bowl. Cover with towel. Let rise for 45 minutes.

* Step 3

Remove from bowl. Knead again. Separate dough in half & put each half in a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Or you can put the whole batch of dough in a Springform pan sprayed with cooking spray & have a big round loaf.

* Step 4

Once in pan(s), cover with towel. Let rise for 45 minutes.

* Step 5

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake bread for about 35 minutes. Cool under a cloth. Slice & serve.
