Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken until browned.

Add broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

Add grapes and tarragon, cover and simmer another 2 minutes, until grapes are slightly softened.
