Cheesy Spinach Bake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F, spray loaf pan (or similar size).
* Step 2
Melt cream cheese and milk in skillet, mix well while heating but do not boil.
* Step 3
Add spinach, cover and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until spinach wilts. Stir in half of each of the shredded cheeses.
* Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix remaining cheeses with panko.
* Step 5
Pour mixture in prepared baking dish, top with crumb mixture.
* Step 6
Bake ~10 minutes, until bubbly. Let set for 5 min to thicken.
