Gratin with salmon and spinach - A main dish for my husband’s birthday dinner 🎂
I cooked this for my husband’s birthday dinner and he liked this a lot! There are several steps, but it’s not difficult and you won’t fail with this recipe😄

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil plenty of water in a pot, add salt and cook spinach for around 3 mins. Drain water and cool it with water. Squeeze water and cut into small size.
* Step 2
Place some butter on a frying pan and start grilling salmon fillets. Cook both sides and steam for a while by covering with a lid. Once it’s cooked, place them on a tray and remove skin and bones. Crush the fish and make flakes.
* Step 3
Cook macaroni for 8 mins in a boiled water and drain.
* Step 4
Cut the onion into strips, heat in a microwave for 3 mins(800w). You can skip this too as it is just to make the cooking faster.
* Step 5
Heat some butter in a pan and cook onions. Add flour and mix well. Add milk little by little and mix each time you add milk. Make a creamy white sauce. Add a chicken stock cube.
* Step 7
Add boiled spinach and salmon flakes. Sprinkle salt and pepper to adjust to your taste.
* Step 8
Place it in the heat resistant gratin container and put plenty of cheese on top to cover the surface.
* Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 mins(200℃). Serve hot!
