Vietnamese style braised pork belly (Non halal) 🇻🇳
Since I had some frozen pork belly in the fridge, I was thinking of cooking something with it and found an original recipe from Cookpad Japan. It’s really delicious and goes well with white rice!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the pork: Mix honey, fish sauce, soy sauce, sake and grated garlic in a bowl. Cut the pork belly into 3 cm cubes and put in the bowl. Leave it for 30 mins.
* Step 2
Cook the pork: Pour the pork with sauce into a pan and add water until it covers the pork. Heat under medium heat and cover with a lid with aluminum foil or put in the lid directly on the pork. Add boiled egg in this step if you want.
* Step 3
Simmer until the sauce is all gone.
* Step 4
Stop the heat and place the pork on a plate. Add some coriander leaves on top.
