I tried this latest viral food trend in TikTok. When it's cut, it looks pretty! But to be honest, it's not easy to eat😂

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat water in a pot, add salt once it's boiled. Cook the spinach for 15 seconds and turn it over to cook another 15 seconds. Drain the spinach and squeeze out the water well.

When you are using sour kimchi, stir fry it with sesame oil to make it milder taste.

Beat eggs and add a pinch of salt. Heat some sesame oil and cook scrambled egg.
