Japanese okonomiyaki with mochi (餅入りお好み焼き)
Okonomiyaki is popular food from Osaka in Japan. “Okonomi(お好み)" means “as you like it” and “yaki(焼き)" means “grilled”. You can add any of your favorite ingredients such as meat, seafood, cheese corn, potatoes, etc. #cppassport

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add flour, water, dashi stock powder, egg and small shrimps in a bowl.
* Step 2
Cut 1 piece of mochi in diced size and add in the bowl.
* Step 3
Chop the cabbage into fine pieces and add in the mixture.
* Step 4
Apply some oil in a frying pan, pour the okonomiyaki mixture into a round pancake shape. Cook the pancake for few minutes until the bottom is light brown.
* Step 5
Once the bottom of the pancake turns lightly brown, add any topping on the top and flip over. Cover with a lid for few minutes.
* Step 6
Apply okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, aonori and green leeks. Enjoy!
