Unpeeled pumpkin soup 🎃🧡
Cookpad has started a global campaign to share #cookeverypart recipes, so I decided not to peel the pumpkin skin which I usually did when I make the soup. It’s with skin, but it’s really delicious and I knew that the skin part has two times more β carotene than the orange part of the pumpkin!! 🎃

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the pumpkin in a microwave for 2 mins to make it easier to cut. Cut into chunks. Place the pumpkin in a pot, pour water and boil for around 15 mins until they become soft.
* Step 2
Add cooked pumpkin and half of the fresh milk(200g) in a container. Use a blender to make it smooth paste.
* Step 3
Add the paste in a pan, pour the rest of the fresh milk(200g) and add chicken consommé powder. Adjust to your taste with salt and pepper.
