Japanese style codfish with grated white radish - Tara no Oroshi ni (鱈のおろし煮) 🇯🇵

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate white radish. Remove excessive water.
* Step 2
Grate ginger. Cut green leek.
* Step 3
Place the fish on a tray. Remove excessive water with kitchen cloth, sprinkle salt and flour.
* Step 4
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the fish on both sides under the medium heat.
* Step 5
Add Mentsuyu and water. Simmer for a while and add grated white radish to cook together.
* Step 6
Place the fish on a plate, put the grated radish on the top and garnish leek and ginger!
