Japanese tofu and chicken meat balls 🇯🇵
By adding tofu in meat balls, they become very soft and fluffy!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare sauce. Mix soy sauce, mirin and water(for non halal, please use cooking sake instead of water).
* Step 3
Mix all the ingredients for meat balls in a bowl. Make round shapes (I made 7 meat balls). Wrap the meat balls with Shiso leaves.
* Step 4
Heat some sesame oil in a pan, cook meat balls until the bottom is light brown. Then flip, cover with a lid until the inside is cooked well.
* Step 5
Once both sides are cooked, add the sauce, heat under low heat and let it thicken.
