Japanese Sweet Potato

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into dices. Boil them from the water until they get very soft inside.
* Step 2
Drain the hot water and mash them.
* Step 3
Transfer the sweet potato onto the fine mesh sieve and strain them by pressing them with a wooden spatula or stick. Alternatively, you can also put the sweet potato in a food processor and make puree.
* Step 4
Add butter, sugar and fresh cream and mix well over the low heat.
* Step 5
Molded into a round shape. One ball is around 30g. Brush the egg yolk liquid and sprinkle black sesame on top. Bake them into the preheated oven for 20 minutes(200℃).
