Oreo Cheescake
I saw this recipe online. Made a few tweaks until cake turned out perfect!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Crush oreos in a ziplock or plastic bag. (If you don't want the cake to be sweet, you may remove the cream or chocolate filling). Set aside half a cup for topping.
* Step 2
Melt butter and add it to crushed oreo cookies to be used as base. Cover the bottom of cake pan and press to make sure it holds its shape and cover spaces/holes.
* Step 3
Whisk/mix cream, condensed milk and cream cheese until smooth and stiff. Pour on top enough to cover the base of the cake. This will be the first layer. Chill for 15 minutes.
* Step 4
Melt baking chocolate (in a bowl over pot/pan with hot water - no direct heat) and pour half to the cream mixture. Fold in chocolate until blended and spread on cake (second layer). Chill for another 15 minutes.
* Step 5
Put remaining chocolate to remaining cream mixture and mix. The shade should be darker than the previous one. Pour as third layer on the cake.
* Step 6
Sprinkle remaining crushed oreos and decorate with grated/chopped favorite chocolate. Chill for 2-4 hours.
