Deep Fried Potato Snack#fasting Recipe

#Dussehra Fasting Recipe It is a Yummy Snack that can be eaten during fasting.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 to 3 servings

Cooking time :

4-5 large

potatoes

to taste

salt

2 tsp

peanuts

1/4 tsp

chat masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, wash and grate the potatoes and keep in the water.

* Step 2

Take a kadhai and roast peanut,and cashew nuts separately. After some time remove the peanuts skin.

* Step 3

Heat the oil in the kadhai and fry the red chillies and keep aside.

* Step 4

Remove the grated potatoes from water and pat dry using cloth.

* Step 5

Deep fry the grated potato till they become crisp. Drain onto the absorbent paper.

* Step 6

Take a big bowl and mix fried red chillies (break into pieces),peanuts,cashew nuts,raisins, salt powdered sugar and fried grated potato and mix well.

* Step 7

After it cools serve with or without chaat masala.
