Atte ki pinni is considered as one of the quintessential winter delicacies in the northern part of India .Cold,frigid winter days calls for some homemade wholesome comfort food & pinni is one of those . The simple recipe & very few basic ingredients makes this dish more popular to Indian households . It can be eaten as quick breakfast or quick evening snacks during winter.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First heat up the ghee & add flour.Then mix & stir it on a medium low heat until the flour changes it colour to golden brown.
* Step 2
Now add the chopped nuts & save few nuts for garnishing.You can also roast the nuts in ghee beforehand.
* Step 3
Now add the milk & Cardamom powder & switch off the flame. Take off the pan from heat & let it be cool for couple of minutes.Then make tennis ball like laddus out of it & serve.
