Blooming rose momo

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First knead the dough by adding water little by little. Add little salt & make a stiff dough.cover it up with damp cloth & keep aside.
* Step 2
Now make the chicken stuffing. Add all the paste, chopped & powdered spices to the chicken & mix well. Keep aside.
* Step 3
After that divide the flour dough into 3 portions. large, medium & small portion respectively. Now roll the large portion dough & cut a disc approx 8 cm by using a cookie cutter or a bowl just like the picture below.
* Step 4
Do the same with medium sized dough but this time cut a smaller disc around 7 cm in size.
* Step 5
Now add pinch of pink food colour or beetroot extract + milk to the smallest dough & mix thoroughly. Then roll it up & cut a disc smaller that the previous disc. Keep the size around 6cm this time.
* Step 6
Cut all the discs following the same procedure & arrange them in a flat plate.
* Step 7
Now take those 3 different size of discs & place them overlapping one into another (follow the picture).Now take a spoonful of chicken stuffing & place in the middle of the momo wrap. Now fold the wrap & secure the edges by pressing it with the help of ur finger. Now gently roll the momo one end to another & it will be creating a rose like structure. Roll the other dumplings following the same procedure.
* Step 8
Now in a steamer keep all the momos & steam it up for around 20 -25 minutes with lid closed.Turn off the steamer but keep it inside the steamer pot until you serve it.
* Step 9
Serve it hot with chutney or Sriracha sauce & enjoy.
