Whosayna’s Eggless Strawberry Mousse

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make jelly as prescribed on packets, pour strawberries and mix well
* Step 2
Beat cream till peaks are almost formed
* Step 3
Pour half of strawberry jelly mixture, icing sugar and essence in whipped cream and beat till whipped well (do not over whip it)
* Step 4
Can use digestive biscuits powder or sponge cake slices as base for the mousse or can use the extra jelly, let it set
* Step 5
Decide the base you want, lay on the dessert moulds or bowls
* Step 6
Pour mousse on each bowl and level it can freeze for half and hour to set it properly
* Step 7
Pour a tablespoon of jelly and garnish with strawberry, can also use whipped cream rosettes
* Step 8
Let it chill and set in fridge then serve
