Whosayna’s Steak and Bun

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fried Steak: 1) Marinate the fillet slices and kip for 3 hrs 2) Then fry in 4 tbsp of butter and oil or margarine 3) Fry on high flame till it's browned up, lower flame to cook 4) Remove on platter

* Step 2

1) Boil milk, water, butter, cornflour and oil with a cup of water, stir continously, remuv from flame2) Mix de rest of dry ingredients3) Bind soft dough using milk mixture to soft dough, if not enough can add warm water4) Then let it rise5) Punch back, roll o fold into any shape u desire

* Step 3

6) Glaze with beaten egg, sprinkle some sesame and kip on greased trays and let rise fully... 7) Dein bake on 200°C til browned up on top

* Step 4

How to serve: 1) Slice bun in half, spread butter on each half 2) On lower half of bun, lay cucumber slices then fried steak, put salad and top with bechamel sauce 3) Put the other half and serve with chilli potato wedges
