Moist 2 Layer Chocolate Cake

This is a moist 2 layer chocolate cake I made it because I was bored this is my famous chocolate recipe all my family like it that’s why if you make this cake you will need 2 8 inch pans or if you want a 4 layer cake you will need to double the recipe abs have 4 8 inch pans anyways the recipe is down below

Ingredient

Cooking time :

30-35 Minutes
220 Grams

Plain Flower

1 teaspoon

baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoon

baking soda

1/4 teaspoon

salt

240 ML

Coffee

240 ML

Buttermilk

1 teaspoon

vanilla extract

175 Grams

softened Butter

335 Grams

Cream Chesse

260 Grams

icing sugar

67 Grams

Coca Powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix The Flower, coca powder,sugar,baking powder,baking soda,salt

Then add the coffee,buttermilk,eggs,oil,vanilla extract and mix

Separate the mixture in to 2 8 inch cake tins and line them with baking paper and bake 350 F for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean

One the cake is baked let it cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes then take them out of the pans and let them cook until cold

* Step 5

For the buttercream mix together the butter,creamcheese then add icing sugar,coca powder,and vanilla extract and decorate
