Lemon Gelato πŸ˜ƒ

Still using my lemons up. Got this from the Internet only one that didn't use eggs. Wanted something different. The Italian friend I have gave me real gelato recipe but I didn't have all the ingredients so I tried this. Very smooth and very soft. Great pallete cleanser and great for a sweet tooth.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Weigh out all the ingredients

In a medium saucepan heat the milk and sugar until the sugar has dissolved DO NOT BOIL. Transfer to a jug or bowl and let it cool to room temperature

* Step 3

Put the lemon juice in a jug and stir in the liquid glucose then pour into the milk & sugar mix and stir.

* Step 4

Put in the fridge for 30 minutes

* Step 5

Turn ice cream maker on paddles turning pour the mixture in and let it run for 55-60 minutes then turn off take paddles out and serve immediately or put in a container & freeze. I got 885g
