Amazing coffee chocolate orange baileys sorbet/slushie Andrew James recipe book. Slightly adapted.
Wanted low calorie low sugar dessert. Had no lemons or ginger for sorbet so found this in the book. I adapted it a little to ingredients I had in. Easier & quicker to prepare too. Super Yummy

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make coffee in a pan then add sugar & stir until dissolved. I used an 8 in 1 boiled water then added the coffee granules.
* Step 2
Leave to cool then stir in the baileys
* Step 3
Cover & put into the fridge to completely cool & for the flavours to infuse. About 30+ minutes
* Step 4
Turn ice cream machine on, paddles turning pour into the machine
* Step 5
Leave for about 50 minutes until paddles struggle to turn & machine is squeaking. Turn off machine & take paddles out.
* Step 6
Serve immediately or keep in machine setting on cool for upto 30 minutes (i cooled for 10 minutes) or put into freezeable container & freeze. I got 600 grams
* Step 7
I served my tester in a glass (didnt have smaller one, with left over single cream & a straw) great for get togethers or Christmas Enjoy..
