Cheesy BBQ Mash Potatoes
Hubby got local shops cheap potatoes bit dry for me and I had mozzarella using up. I served it with chilli and ginger pollock on a bed of pak choy
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Put in bowl, add salt, pepper, cheese and butter or margarine and mash
* Step 3
Dot on BBQ sauce and swirl in.
* Step 4
Use ice cream soup to serve
