Veggie japanese curry

Feel the need of curry? We do it too and make this one quick and easy at home. Cheap and tasty!!

Ingredient

30 - 40 min

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the rice and let it rest for 10 min

* Step 2

Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes but not too thinly or they will get smashed.

* Step 3

Boil the veggies at high heat for 5-10 min

* Step 4

Take water from the pot until there's approximately a liter.

* Step 5

Add the curry paste (the amount according to each package)

* Step 6

Let it boil at low heat to evaporate some water and get the desired consistency.

* Step 7

Serve the rice and the curry separately

* Step 8
