Spring Greens with Garlic
A simple dish but such a lovely flavour. If you fry the garlic on a relatively high heat and then add your greens, they go a bit crispy and are coated in garlic oil. My favourite way to eat them! #KitchenWordsearch recipe 3 (SpringDish)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Microwave the spring greens for 4 mins and steam the broccoli for about the same amount of time.
* Step 2
Then gently fry the garlic for a few mins in 1 tbsp of the oil before stirring in the cooked spring greens and other tbsp of oil.
* Step 3
Lay the greens in a serving dish, top with the broccoli. Season it all with salt and pepper then serve.
