Refreshing Mojito🍈

Since we can’t go out, we have to celebrate the end of Dry January at home! I’ve made this with and without rum and it’s lovely either way. I use honey rather than refined sugar in mine, adjust the amount to taste (I don’t like it too sweet).

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
1 tsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the honey, lime juice and 7 of the mint leaves in the bottom of a heavy based glass.

* Step 2

I used the end of a wooden spoon to mash together the mint leaves and the honey.

* Step 3

Add the rum if using, and/or top up with soda water. Use your spoon handle again to give it a really good stir. Top with a slice of lime and the remaining mint leaves, then add a straw and enjoy!
