Coconut –Orange(santra) Mangal kalush #diwali
#diwali This is such an easy sweet to make, I have been making this often and for diwali. I always look for different shapes in mithai . my favorite shapes are matka or kalash for diwali. .I’ve added some orange flavor to make coconut- Orange- Mangal kalash. diwali.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix sugar and malai well. Add scraped coconut and mix. Transfer the mixture into a pan and cook, stirring continuously with a spatula.
* Step 2
Add milk powder. Continue cooking for about ten minutes or till the mixture becomes a little dry and begins to leave the sides of the pan. Add orange squash and orange essence.
* Step 3
Mix well.Cool the mixture.Divide the mixture into 8-10 parts and fill with some filling of dry fruits.
* Step 4
Shape each part into kalush shape by greased hands or using greased moulds.Decorate each kalush with silver balls and coat with dessicated coconut.
* Step 5
Decorate platter with rose petals.
