Seeta-phal ka halwa

#dussehra Red Pumpkin, Seeta-phal is popularly known as Kaddu in India. Seeta-phal ka halwa#dussehra is simple to make. You can serve Seeta-phal ka halwa to your guests on festivals and make it for Navratri fasts .i prepared it to celebrate#dussehra.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the ghee in a non-stick kadai. Add the pumpkin and sauté. Cover and cook on low heat till soft about 10 minutes.

Add the sugar, mix well and cook till the sugar melts and the moisture evaporates.

* Step 3

Mix khoya and mix well.Cook for five minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and sprinkle green cardamom powder.

Serve hot garnished by chopped pistachios, peeled almonds,khoya peda,grated khoya and glazed cherry..
